The Bretton Woods area is wonderful family destination. The Omni Mt Washington Resort is an absolutely amazing place that you will surly fall in love with. (10 minute drive).They have numerous activities for kids, a game room, multiple restaurants, and breath taking views for you to relax with your favorite cocktail. There is also a great swimming hole on the river just a mile west on rt 302. The home comes loaded with everything you will need for a great stay, towels, kitchen where, grill utensils, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soaps at each sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand towels, washing mashing detergent and dryer sheets. We do not offer personal soaps, shampoos, or hygiene products. * IT IS REQUIRED TO INFORM US IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING YOUR DOG. See below rules on pets, TY *Typically weekends are a two night minimum for rentals, however we do offer all of our units for one night, but do charge a weekend split fee of $150. This is primarily to accommodate cleaning team schedules. *The main level and lower level have brand new big flat screen tv's with wi-fi capability and youtube tv entertainment packages. *The main level sofas's have slip covers that are change are each use. *There is a rechargeable light weight vacuum on the main level for guest to use and keep the townhome tidy. ****PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (11 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (3 vehicles at unit), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Please o not park in front of Unit 64**** -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit or within 15 ft of the unit; $250 fee for violation -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations -No fire pits other than the one that is created by the river. $250 fee for violation. -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations -Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100 per pet fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. They are not allowed on the furniture. If there is excessive dog hair found on the furniture or carpets, a $75 will be added. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit. *Dishes are to be cleaned and put away prior to check out. *Trash and recycling must be separated and placed in the restful bins. The is very important, trash or food cannot be left outside at any time because of wildlife. In particular, bears. *There is a brand new grill on the deck for guest to use, however it must be cleaned after use so it does not attract wildlife. If the cleaning team finds a grill not cleaned and covered in leftover food, a $100 fee will be added. Lastly, if you use the fireplace, please be careful and absolutely do not chop wood on the brick hearth or anywhere inside.
