New Hampshire Retreats

My son got stranded on the road coming back from viewing the eclipse and I luckily this host responded and got us into one of his properties at midnight. The property was excellent!!! I’m actually planning on staying here again w family on a planned vacation. A plus experience!

My family and I booked this cabin for a weekend away. We all work very demanding jobs, with long hours. We chose this spot because it looked cozy and secluded. Although there are neighbors, we hardly saw them, unless taking a walk, and we never heard them. You forget that anyone is around. The home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was more than enough space for everyone and the outdoor space was amazing. Sitting at the brook having my morning coffee was a great start to the day. Once the kids went to sleep We ended the night in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature for being outside and enjoyed relaxing while taking in the nature around us. The host Ethan was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and my 3 grandkids loved the 5 bedroom Bretton Woods townhouse. It was great having 3 floors with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our stay. Ethan was quick to communicate and was helpful with any questions. The check in was so easy and I would recommend any airbnb owner to have the same system for check ins. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for our Santa’s Village trip. We explored a few other local tourist spots and the grandkids loved it. We all enjoyed being able to use the Mt Washington Resort amenities like the inside and outside pool. We didn’t eat dinner at the Resort but Ethan was gracious and offered to make reservations. The checkout was easy with full explanations. Ethan asked if we wanted to stay longer since the next guest had cancelled-I really wish we could have. No one wanted to leave. Would stay there again.

Ethan’s place was great for our stay. We were traveling with a guest that uses a walker. Everything that was needed was on one level. The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The upstairs area was great for our teens/young adults. We also enjoyed creating rock stacks by the river, lounging in the hot tub, s’mores from the fire pit and playing ping pong!

The home was SO comfortable for the 8 of us staying there. We were impressed with all the space & how close it was to the OMNI hotel where our wedding was. We had a beautiful snow storm while there as well. We had the place to ourselves. Didn't see anyone in the complex while we were there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely amazing, incredibly clean!! River Home Near Bretton Woods was everything I was looking for & much more!! I was looking for a secluded cabin on a stream, this was the spot. The grand backyard felt as if we were all alone in the middle of nowhere. Even though we were just a few minutes from everything the White Mountains has to offer. Just off the beautiful 302, a quiet little road this 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin was wonderful upon arrival! Professional cleaned from top to bottom! The large kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a home cooked family dinner & gourmet breakfasts. Many excellent restaurants nearby as well. Cozy living room offered a large tv with Netflix, a fun selection of nostalgic board games, we enjoyed. Both full bathrooms are well maintained, extremely clean! Bedrooms are all very spacious with 5 star hotel quality mattress & bed linens! Pictures of this property are just a hint of its beauty. The calming sound of the flowing River fills the fresh air. Professionally maintained hot tub was just a added bonus. We enjoyed the backyard after sunset with just right amount of lights strung around the tall trees! This relaxing weekend for two was awesome. We quickly looked into booking again with family and friends in March & plan on making many more visits to this hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay here was extraordinary! Morning coffee next to the backyard creek each morning in itself was worth the trip, let alone all the activities in the area, gorgeous backyard set up and the hot tub! Ethan was incredibly welcoming and available if we needed him. We will absolutely be looking to come back soon to enjoy more of the incredible sights and sounds of this nature retreat of a home!

This place is magical! The highlight of our trip around New England. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind. With lots of beds for the whole family, a hot tub to enjoy, and the most whimsical back yard available (October was perfect with all of the changing leaves). You will not be disappointed! Make sure to pick up some groceries (don't forget the stuff for s'mores) and fire wood before you arrive, as it is a remote location and you won't want to waste any time leaving! We will definitely be back for an extended stay!

The house is super clean and fancy-it has everything we need, and the location is also very good-only 10min drive to The mountain Washington Cog Railway. We spend a very great night here, and will definitely come back again for the future trips to White Mountain!

Ethan’s place by the river was perfect for our family (4 adults and kids age 3 & 6) vacation! The outdoor space was amazing! We truly enjoyed the tranquil sounds of the river, soaking in the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire pit. We stayed for a week in July and completed countless hikes, kayaked, trips to the national parks, including the Flume Gorge and Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves and of course drove to the top of Mount Washington- all were close by! The views in the area are breathtaking. Ethan was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs while there. He checked in with us to make sure things were going smoothly and even let us know to keep our eyes peeled for bears in the area. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit New Hampshire!
